I am an economist with research interest in health, consumption, and behavior. In 2015, I received my doctoral degree from the University of Hohenheim, Germany. Currently I am the Assistant Professor in Fostering Healthy Food Choices at the Copenhagen Business School.
Our research in the Nudge-it project aims to advance the understanding of effective behavioral interventions in healthy eating. This is a challenging but important task, as better knowledge about food decision-making allows to create a more sustainable and healthy environment for children and adults alike.
